Job Description & Person Specification 
Thank you for your interest in the post of Inclusion Mentor at our school. We have one permanent post which is due to commence in January 2019. For teaching assistants who are currently employed within school settings we would be willing to discuss a February start date dependant on contractual deadlines for resignations. We require someone who is committed to our journey of school improvement and wants to be part of a new and exciting future for Somerlea Park Junior School. They must be passionate about improving outcomes and life-chances for all children, as well as be able to work as part of a supportive Key Stage Two team. In return we can offer the successful candidate high quality continuing professional development, training and wonderful, happy children that deserve nothing less than ‘Good’! 

Interviews will take place in mid to late November and are provisionally pencilled in for Wednesday 21st November, although this may be subject to slight alteration. We would warmly welcome visits by prior appointment so that you can come and see the school and development work we are undertaking for yourself.
