Thank you for your interest in the post of Attendance Manager and Education Welfare Officer. The post is to work across two schools, Somercotes Infant and Nursery and Somerlea Park Junior. This is a multi-faceted role with the core focus on attendance and family support. We are looking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated Attendance Manager and Education Welfare Officer to join our friendly team.

We require someone who is committed to our journey of school improvement and wants to be part of a new and exciting future for both schools. They must be passionate about improving outcomes and life-chances for all children, as well as be able to work as part of a supportive team. The successful candidate will need to have high standards and excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a challenging environment.
