I will bring to the trust a focus on quality and accountability, ensuring that there is a focus on the development of staff.  In my role at PwC I pride myself on having to work through difficult issues, challenging others to ensure that we get the right answers by understanding the route cause and ensuring the right responses are implemented to address this for the future. 

Using my experiences I want to ensure that I challenge the members and trustees to ensure the Learning Trust is successful in meeting its objectives.
