  • Former (now retired) manager of Children and Young People’s Behaviour and Support Team – this involved managing the finance team with responsibilities for LA inclusion work and funding in Rotherham LA;

Summary

  • Clive has been involved with education at a leadership level for more than 20 years and overseen the rapid change in provision at two schools as Chair, has developed the working relationship between schools in a federation and has successfully managed the transition of a third school into that federation.
  • As a leader for the local authority for the behavior support service Clive has significant experience in leading and managing staff, identifying barriers to success and holding people to account.
  • For the Trust, Clive is committed to making sure the moral leadership and levels of accountability are well established. Clive has time and energy to ensure the trust is serving the needs of pupils and their families.
