  • Has vision, energy, honesty and loyalty and can inspire and motivate staff and children.
  • Has experience of successful leadership and management.
  • Will support and embrace the caring ethos of the school.
  • Is experienced in analysing data, sharing it with different audiences and effectively using data to improve outcomes for pupils and to drive forward school improvement.
  • Is an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Is genuinely motivated to inspire and generate enthusiasm both in the classroom and the staffroom.
